How Healthy You Are To Be Called Fit?

Physical fitness refers to the conditioning of the body so that it doesn’t tire away in demanding scenarios. It varies from person to person and also signifies a way of persevering physical activities with surplus energy. The energy level you are left with then measure the endurance or stamina.

There are five major components of physical fitness and each relates in the overall functioning of the body for its optimum performance:

Muscular Strength: It is the maximum capacity of a muscle to put force on something. It amounts to the presence of protein in the muscle and the energy that drives the muscle fiber.

Muscle Endurance: The resistance power of a muscle to endure a given period of time while applying force or a repetitive set of reps that muscles can perform over a stipulated time.

Cardio-respiratory endurance: The power of a heart to sustain given set of activities in a specific time, or the energy created by the heart to serve body strength.

Flexibility: The elasticity of bones and muscles to make maximum stretch comes under flexibility. It is the optimal capacity of joints to move through a normal area of motion.

Body Composition: It refers to the quantity of fat present in a human body with reference to the total mass. It measures the internal health of a body with reference to effective mass and fat ratio.

The above mentioned components will help improve the overall health status. There will be significant improvement on the body composition with lower bad fat level and high body mass ratio. The bad fat ratio decreases your overall fitness and has adverse effects on long term well-being and may also create heart related issues.

Motor Fitness: Motor fitness is another aspect of fitness that includes determinants like speed, reflexivity, muscle strength, eye-hand, eye-foot co-ordination. These components add up to your athletic ability and if combined with progressive weight loss, can help improve the overall functioning of body and its motor fitness.

Basics of Fitness Training:

Following are the basics if conformed by anyone at any level can have startling results:

Specificity: Health and fitness is best looked after with a specific regimen followed for effective results. Activities such as running, swimming, aerobic, mixed martial arts etc. should be coupled with each other for best fitness results.

Recovery: Rest is an essential element of physical training where you progress-fitness wise as much as when you are working out.

Overload: Every now and then a healthy body must be shocked progressively, in order to attain impact reaction and performance along side regular workouts.

Regularity: The key to fitness is in continuing any training program on regular basis. It’s a lifelong learning and a matter of living happily forever.

Progression: Physical well-being is well guaranteed when the training is implemented progressively. Sudden impact is hard to recover when exertion tires you and the body’s inner call stops responding.

Balance: Exercise regimens such as Pilates deal directly with balance it helps to improve your posture, weight composure and aligns your fitness energies.

Variety: Variety adds relaxation to your training process. It overhauls and reboots your response action and you feel gush of freshness and energy.
